Conditions of Sale

1) All prices are shown in £ sterling and we reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time.

2) All products are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. All orders will be confirmed within 7 working days by email.

3) All orders are subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit.

4) We accept payment by the following methods: Cheques made payable to Andrea Bambridge and sent to the company address. Crossed postal orders sent to the above address. By debit or credit card

5) We reserve the right to delay despatch until the full cleared payment has been made.

6) Please allow at least 16 weeks for delivery. We do not usually stock pre-made dresses and your purchases will be made to order. Should there be a delay with delivery, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will be advised an expected delivery date or if the product is no longer available. In the event that your product is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately by email. In the case of non-delivery please wait 7 days from the date of despatch in case it has simply been delayed. We always obtain proof of posting and will not be held responsible for items which go missing in the post without insurance.

7) We will endeavour to take all reasonable care, in so far as it is possible to do so, to keep all details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering.

8) We are very careful to thoroughly check items before they are despatched to you, however, if you receive an item you did not order or if the item is defective or damaged (other than as described) we will replace it with an identical item. No other reason for returning goods except the above is considered. The item should be returned to the company address within 7 days of it being received. The goods must be in original condition. Original Condition - includes but is not limited to: all original labelling still attached, packaging intact, no smoke smells, perfume smells, fake tan, dirty marks, alterations, signs of wear on shoe soles, signs of hair spray on tiaras. Return Delivery costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer. (For your protection, we strongly recommend you use a special delivery service (requiring a signature) for returns, as proof of posting is not proof of receipt.)All of the labels or tags should be attached and the item must be returned with the original packaging. After 7 days we will no longer be responsible and the item will not be taken back. No refund will be issued for altered, modified or used items.

9) Under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days , in writing, without giving a reason. This is your cooling off period. A refund will be given to you within 30 days of the cancellation. ( Your statutory rights are not affected).

10) Great care must be taken when submitting your measurements and clothing sizes, as we cannot be held responsible for any incorrect measurements.
